Service description

BillGuardRail provides bill monitoring and email alerts for QuickBooks Online. The service monitors bill create/update activity and related exceptions (such as possible duplicates and changes after review). It does not block payments or replace your accounting workflow.

Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly ($29/month) or annually ($290/year) and include one connected QuickBooks company. A 30-day free trial is available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Limitation of liability

BillGuardRail is a monitoring and audit-history tool, not a payment verification or approval system. You are responsible for reviewing bills before issuing payments. We are not liable for missed changes, delayed alerts, or payment errors.
