Who built this
Jason Kruczynski builds BillGuardRail as an independent product focused on API and webhook integrations for QuickBooks Online AP workflows. Background: connecting systems through OAuth, processing Intuit webhooks, and turning bill create/update events into a human review queue with before-and-after snapshots.
This is not CPA, auditor, forensic accounting, or insurance software. Jason does not claim those credentials. The product surfaces review prompts; your team decides what to do in QuickBooks.
What the product does
- Monitors QBO bills for creates, material edits, possible duplicates, and qualifying closed-period activity
- Connects via Intuit OAuth (you never give BillGuardRail your QBO password)
- Stays read-only toward QBO ledgers—no bill edits, payments, or approval blocking
- Supports one company on Standard and up to 10 on Bookkeeper
